01The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and CelpipVerse, operated by Erol Gurcan in Canada. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. You must be at least 16 years old to use CelpipVerse.

02What CelpipVerse is

CelpipVerse is a practice tool for the CELPIP test. It gives you practice tasks, scores and feedback on the CELPIP 1 to 12 scale, a daily plan, a full timed simulation, and a vocabulary game.

03Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. One account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

04Trial, subscription and billing

Free trial. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with the full app. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and Apple charges you.

Plans. CA$24.99 per month, or CA$49.99 every 3 months. Prices shown in the App Store are final and may differ by region or tax.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple and refunds follow Apple’s policies. Request them through Apple.

There is one plan for everyone. We do not sell a reduced or “lite” version of the app.

05Fair use

Scoring speaking and writing costs real computing time. To keep the app fast and fair, we may apply a daily limit on how many speaking and writing tasks can be scored per account. The current limit is shown in the app when you reach it.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, record or redistribute our questions, model answers, audio or feedback;
• share your account or resell access;
• reverse engineer the app or interfere with its services;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights;
• use the app for anything other than personal test preparation.

07Content and ownership

The app, its questions, audio, model answers, feedback text, design and brand belong to CelpipVerse or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your written responses and recordings stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can score them, show your progress and improve the service.

08Availability and changes

We work hard to keep CelpipVerse running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may mark some features as beta. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, you may cancel and request a refund through Apple.

09No guarantees

CelpipVerse is provided “as is”. Practice scores, readiness percentages and coach advice are estimates to guide your study. They are not predictions or guarantees of your official CELPIP result, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them, including when you book your test.

10Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CelpipVerse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, exam fees or immigration outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

11Ending the agreement

You can stop using CelpipVerse at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. Sections 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which CelpipVerse operates. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that province, unless the law where you live gives you other rights that cannot be waived.
